NIHON ASSIST SINGAPORE PTE LTD (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (“PDPA”).

4. Consent

By voluntarily providing personal data to us, individuals are deemed to have consented to our collection, use and disclosure of such data for the purposes stated above.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer (DPO). Withdrawal of consent may affect our ability to continue providing certain services.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

We may disclose personal data to:

・Related corporations within our corporate group, including our parent company in Japan

Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, including to Japan, we will ensure that the receiving party provides a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA, and that appropriate contractual and organisational safeguards are in place.

Service providers engaged by us are contractually required to implement appropriate data protection measures and are subject to our supervision.

6. Access and Correction

Individuals may request access to their personal data and request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data by submitting a written request to our DPO.

We will respond within a reasonable timeframe as required under the PDPA. A reasonable administrative fee may apply where permitted by law.

7. Protection of Personal Data

We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks.

8. Retention of Personal Data

11. Governing Version

This English version is the official version of this Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Japanese versions, the English version shall prevail.

法令に基づきPDPCおよび影響を受けた個人へ通知します。
